Requirements

Must be a certified PCA/CNA with a valid license in North Carolina.
Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.
Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
Administer medication and assist with mobility as needed.
Document care provided and maintain accurate client records.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet clients' individual needs.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
