About The Position
We’re hiring CNAs and PCAs to serve clients in Salem, Gloucester, Ipswich, Topsfield, Saugus, and nearby towns! This role focuses on providing in-home care that respects your time, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your life. We are Salem's fastest growing in-home care team and value both our caregivers and our clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (CNA or PCA)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable, insured vehicle
- Comfortable commuting to homes in the Salem area
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship, activities, and conversation
- Assist with safe mobility, stand-by support, and transfers
- Help with meal prep + medication reminders
- Support personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping & laundry
- Transportation to errands and appointments
