About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist clients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and help improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal monitoring, and other client needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, and committed to providing quality care.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Valid PCA or CNA certification/credentials, as applicable
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with lifting and mobility needs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
• Reliable and dependable weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Provide personal and supportive care
• Monitor food intake and assist with meals as needed
• Monitor vital signs, when applicable
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
