About The Position

Care Advantage Inc. is looking to hire full- or part-time PCA, CNA and Caregivers to provide care to clients in a retirement community in Charlottesville, VA. Requirements

Previous assisted living experience as well as home care experience
Hold a certificate of completion from an approved PCA or Nurse Aide training program and/or have a CNA license issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing
Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
Two satisfactory professional references
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal record check
Reliable transportation
Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude

Responsibilities

Provide care to clients in a retirement community in Charlottesville, VA.
Work cases both in the in-home care environment, as well as within the partnered retirement community.
