About The Position
Southfield Village Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. This role focuses on providing support to residents in a warm, home-like environment, helping them maintain their independence and live life to the fullest. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule with a focus on building relationships and making a difference in the lives of seniors.
Requirements
- Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Caring, dependable, and resident-focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping older adults live with dignity and independence
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Encourage independence while providing compassionate support
- Help residents with morning routines and daily activities
- Observe and communicate changes in residents' well-being
- Build meaningful relationships that enhance residents' quality of life
