About The Position

We are seeking reliable and caring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs)/Caregivers to join our team. We value our caregivers and offer benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO), overtime pay, and health insurance (when qualified). We also provide initial training and continuous education focused on the latest research in senior care. This role involves assisting clients with various daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The hours will vary based on client needs and caregiver availability, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. This is not a full-time position, and shifts are not guaranteed. A drug test is required as part of the hiring process.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug test.
Attain a 2-Step TB Test OR Chest X-Ray.
Provide Physical ID/Driver’s License.
Provide Social Security Card.
Obtain Valid CPR/ First Aid Certification.
Obtain Personal Care Attendant Certificate.
Pass Fingerprint Clearance/ Background Check.
Provide Car Insurance & 3 Year Driving History (if driving clients).

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of care-giving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accept shifts assigned via the caregiver app.
Assist clients by driving them when needed.
Transport yourself to assigned shifts using personal vehicle, public transport, or ride-sharing services.
Enter caregiver notes for shifts in the app.
Clock in and out using the app for every shift on time.
Keep credentials up to date and submit them via email or text.
Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers to ensure client care.
Perform light house cleaning, meal preparation, provide companionship, and assist with changing clothes, bathing, etc.
