Requirements

Minimum of 5 year experience in Home Care, Nursing Home, or Hospital settings.
Certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the relevant state.
Familiarity with using a Caregiver App to clock in and out.
Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Assist elderly clients with daily activities to support them in aging in place.
Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare nutritious meals to promote health and well-being.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
Engage clients in mental and physical exercises to enhance their overall health.
Ensure the comfort and safety of clients at all times.
