About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is preparing for an enterprise-wide implementation of Epic, which has strict hardware and endpoint requirements. The project requires five PC technicians and one team lead for five weeks to conduct a workstation and peripheral asset inventory. Technicians will record each device and its connected peripherals in a spreadsheet. The work is fully onsite in San Juan Capistrano, California, and involves interacting with laboratory clinicians and other stakeholders. Technicians are expected to be professional, prompt, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions while providing strong customer service.

Requirements

At least one year of experience doing PC support.
Ability to identify IT hardware, asset-tag devices, and document inventory.
Strong customer service skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions exactly.
Professional and prompt when interacting with clinicians and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
