PC Support Technician
About The Position
Pin Pad tech, Remove existing Verifone MX925 devices, install Verifone M450 PIN pads according to the client's provided documentation. ensure all cables are securely connected and functional. maintain cable hygiene: conceal routing, removal of excess slack, elimination of trip hazards and use of approved cable management materials. conduct testing and verification of installed devices: Perform successful test transactions with the Manager on Duty (“MOD”) and Complete the client's Pin Pad Verification Form for each register. Capture required documentation and upload to the client's designated repository.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing Verifone MX925 devices
- Install Verifone M450 PIN pads according to the client's provided documentation
- Ensure all cables are securely connected and functional
- Maintain cable hygiene: conceal routing, removal of excess slack, elimination of trip hazards and use of approved cable management materials
- Perform successful test transactions with the Manager on Duty (“MOD”)
- Complete the client's Pin Pad Verification Form for each register
- Capture required documentation and upload to the client's designated repository.
