About The Position

The Department of Technology is seeking a PC Support Specialist - Temp to join the already awesome team taking the School of Public Health to the next level of excellence! The PC System Specialist (Temp) will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems in the School of Public Health. They will leverage software imaging and deployment tools (SCCM and JAMF) to install/update OS and applications on Windows and Mac computers. The role also involves documenting maintenance conducted on hardware and software in the ticket tracking system (ServiceNow) and providing technical support for audio/video and other specialized hardware as needed (e.g., computers and audio/video systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues, etc.). Additionally, the specialist will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a high school or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
