About The Position
PTC is seeking a PC Refresh Technician to support enterprise device refresh and deployment activities. The role involves imaging, deploying, inventorying, and decommissioning desktops, laptops, monitors, and related IT equipment within a Windows 11 environment.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of Imaging tools
- Basic knowledge of SCCM
- Basic knowledge of Intune
- Experience with device deployment
- Experience with asset inventory
- Experience with equipment setup
- Experience with software installation
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience updating asset records in ServiceNow
- Experience supporting enterprise hardware refresh projects
