About The Position

This role involves performing PC refreshes for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, requiring 100% onsite work in Middletown, PA. The technician will be responsible for inventorying, organizing, and preparing IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories. Key tasks include applying Windows 11 OS images using SCCM and Intune, installing software, updating asset records in ServiceNow, deploying assets, and assisting with the decommissioning of old equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must pass state and national background check
• Must be a current Pennsylvania resident

Responsibilities

• Inventory and organize IT equipment
• Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
• Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune
• Install software in Windows 11 environment
• Update asset records in ServiceNow
• Deploying assets as required
• Assist with decommissioning old equipment
