About The Position

PRN Medication Technician administers medication, provides direct care, and oversees daily service. We are looking for an outgoing, team orientated individual who is passionate and dedicated about caring for seniors and providing excellent service. Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role or specialized training required
Current Medical Technician Certification
Current CPR Certification
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations
Ability to safely use resident-assistive equipment and medical devices, including wheelchairs, scales, gait belts, mechanical lifts, blood pressure equipment, stethoscopes, thermometers, glucometers, and pulse oximeters
Must meet all requirements of the Older Adult Protective Services Act (OAPSA), including successful completion of required criminal background checks
Maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace status
Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
