About The Position

Acts as a bridge between the company and its stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective communication and coordination throughout the production process. Facilitates communication, collaboration, and problem-solving between Product Control and Logistics, and its suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; Able to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to read and interpret drawings for customer support and planning functions.
Must be a "U.S. Person" under applicable regulations or otherwise eligible for export authorization within a timeframe consistent with business needs. A "U.S. Person" includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (holders of approved and unexpired green cards), and certain refugees or asylees with protected status under U.S. law.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

Act as a central point of contact and work with various departments and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication.
Maintain, document, and coordinate issues and risks through the production process and mitigate as needed with appropriate stakeholders.
Advise on inventory levels to meet customer demands, including stock control and demand forecasting.
Identify and support improvements to streamline processes, monitor key performance indicators, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency throughout the Production process, and address issues and disruptions, such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.
Exhibit and practice professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers.
Interact within a cooperative environment through beneficial behavior, commitment to common goals, contribution to problem solving, communication of ideas and suggestions, and encouragement to other employees and departments.
Accountable for the security of FSI materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of FSI products.
