About The Position

The PC Inputter is responsible for taking batches from the need input schedule and assigning/checking labor against drawings within EPM. They must assign labor to the correct location as specified in the schedule and ensure all routing is correct based on the given shop. Accuracy in sequence numbers is crucial to ensure data matches the shipping schedule. Additionally, they are responsible for spot-checking hours to identify any discrepancies from the file import and verifying that all completed batches/drawings populate onto the RMDB schedule after being processed by the schedule program.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of drawings and how to read them to input labor into EPM.
• Proficiency in the Estimating and PC modules of EPM for inputting labor and routings.
• Understanding of shop processes to accurately add time for each drawing.
• Knowledge of the schedule to understand input requirements and follow correct delivery dates for Production Control priorities.
• Familiarity with schedule programming for running batches through the scheduler and checking hours against the scheduler program's output.
• Ability to perform manual input within EPM for blue letters or other manual processes when files are not supplied by detailers.
• Represent Banker Steel with honesty and integrity in all dealings with regulators, customers, suppliers, auditors, and employees.
