Requirements

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of the flow of material and transactions through manufacturing processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to build relationships and trust with peers, builders, and suppliers.
Proficiency in problem-solving situations and managing change with confidence.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
A passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to lead and support team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the production control and inventory control teams to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee inventory levels, tracking, and accuracy to ensure materials are available for production while minimizing waste.
Review and approve daily cycle counts of raw material and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
Develop and implement production schedules that align with demand forecasts and operational capabilities.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
Proactively address production or inventory challenges and implement effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
