The manager will develop, maintain, and adjust daily/weekly production schedules, use Excel for tracking and reporting, and collaborate with various teams to resolve conflicts and ensure on-time delivery. Continuous analysis of data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency is key. The position also includes managing personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and preparing ship lists.
