About The Position

We are on the lookout for 3 contract Associate Deployment Technician to assist in our enterprise-level Windows 11 workstation refresh and Citrix Thin Client replacement initiative. This role is perfect for candidates with hands-on desktop support or deployment experience who are eager to enhance their skills in SCCM and Citrix environments while working with senior level engineers. Working 1pmish-9pmish hours so they be after hours.

Responsibilities

Assist with the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 workstations.
Support imaging and deployment of Windows 11 devices using SCCM.
Perform device swaps, workstation refreshes, and initial configurations.
Validate basic functionality (login, applications, network connectivity).
Escalate complex SCCM or imaging issues to senior level engineers.
Assist with replacing and setting up Citrix Thin Clients.
Perform basic device provisioning and configuration via WMS.
Verify Citrix session connectivity after deployment.
Troubleshoot common hardware, login, or connectivity issues.
Replace around 400 Credit Card machines attached to workstations and network enterprise-wide.
Provide desk-side and floor support during scheduled deployment waves and after deployment.
Communicate clearly with end users during device replacements.
Follow documented deployment and change procedures.
Update asset records and deployment tracking tools within Service Now.
