PC Deployment Technician
About The Position
An IT Deployment Technician is needed to support a large‑scale technology rollout within a newly constructed multi‑floor facility. This role involves preparing, imaging, deploying, and setting up thousands of devices, including PCs, dual monitors, phones, and wall‑mounted equipment. The work is hands‑on, fast-paced, and requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow structured workflows. Technicians may work either at the staging facility or on‑site at the new building, depending on the project phase. Assignments are location‑based for the day, with no travel between sites during a shift.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and image PCs prior to deployment.
- Deploy and set up PCs, monitors, phones, and related peripherals.
- Assist with installing wall mounts and supporting hardware.
- Perform cable management to maintain clean, organized workspaces.
- Follow structured workflows while working floor‑by-floor through the building.
- Support both staging‑area preparation and on‑site deployment activities.
- Lift, carry, and position equipment as needed throughout the shift.
- Maintain professionalism and customer‑focused service during all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with a large deployment team to meet project timelines.
