About The Position

This is a contract position for PC Deployment Technicians. The role involves deploying, building, and leading PC setups at two sites: Martinez and Del City. The technicians will be responsible for rolling out new PCs, building them, and ensuring they receive a base image per site. Core applications will be pre-downloaded, and site-specific information will be available in Intune for technicians to retrieve and load onto each machine. The position requires strong deployment skills and technical support capabilities. The contract is expected to last through the end of October.

Requirements

• Strong deployment skills.
• Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with hardware, Windows operating systems (Windows 11, Windows 10), and imaging technologies.
• Familiarity with SCCM.
• Good customer service and technical support skills.
• Must have a TWIC card or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Ability to go through standard compliance procedures.
• Neatly shaven beard allowed (for Martinez site).

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading deployment teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Win10.

Responsibilities
