About The Position

We are seeking a PC Deployment Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh initiative for a leading organization in the Antioch, TN area. This position will play a key role in preparing, configuring, and deploying new Windows devices to end users while ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience supporting Windows environments, and the ability to work directly with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Experience with PC deployment, desktop support, or IT support activities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience supporting OneDrive account setup and data migration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune Company Portal and application installations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established deployment processes.
• Experience documenting work and maintaining accurate records.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, image, configure, and deploy new Windows-based laptops and desktops.
• Assist end users with transferring data, accounts, and settings to new devices.
• Support OneDrive registration, synchronization, and data migration activities.
• Install, validate, and troubleshoot applications through Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
• Remotely access devices to perform setup and deployment activities.
• Coordinate deployment schedules and communicate directly with end users throughout the transition process.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate deployment records.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during device deployment.
• Partner with internal IT teams to ensure deployments are completed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
