About The Position

This position is for a Domestic Captain within Gulfstream Flight Operations. The role involves operating Gulfstream aircraft in support of Airborne Customer Support (ACS), Gulfstream maintenance, and other assigned functions, adhering to Gulfstream Flight Operations FOM/SOP. The pilot must possess knowledge of domestic and technical operations, communicate effectively with Gulfstream personnel, manage ancillary responsibilities, and uphold corporate policies and department procedures. A key aspect of the role is supporting aircraft repair with Corporate Maintenance and Technical Operations. The job also includes assisting with flight planning and coordination, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of flight activities, and acting as a brand ambassador for Gulfstream and General Dynamics. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is required.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a professional pilot in the aviation industry.
• 800 hours total flight time.
• Instrument & Commercial Pilot Licenses Upon Hire required.
• 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate Upon Hire required.
• Certified Flight instructor (CFI) License Upon Hire required.
• Must possess knowledge and understanding of domestic operations and technical operations.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

• PC-12 or turbo prop experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Turbine aircraft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In accordance with Gulfstream Flight Operations FOM/SOP, operate Gulfstream aircraft in support of Airborne Customer Support (ACS), Gulfstream maintenance, and any other functions as assigned.
• Manage and execute any assigned ancillary responsibilities.
• Adhere to Gulfstream corporate policies, department Flight Operations Manual (FOM) policies and procedures.
• Effectively support the repair of aircraft issues with Corporate Maintenance and Technical Operations as needed.
• Assist Gulfstream Dispatch and the PIC with planning and coordination of flight activity.
• Execute the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flight activities.
• Strive to be a positive brand ambassador for Gulfstream and General Dynamics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
