About The Position

SIMCOM by CAE is a global leader in aviation training, trusted by airlines, business aviation operators, and pilots worldwide. At our training centers, experienced instructors deliver world-class ground school and simulator instruction that makes flying safer, one pilot at a time. The PC-12 NGX Instructor delivers ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and Specialty courses. This role prioritizes each customer’s progress by tailoring instruction to individual training needs, targeting areas for improvement, and providing constructive, actionable feedback through briefings and debriefings.

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
  • FAA CFI or CFII rating.
  • Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).

  • College degree.
  • Previous PC‑12 experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.
  • Provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training.
  • Conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Evaluate customer progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning objectives.
