About The Position

The PBX/Phone Operator Agent is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image. In addition, assist with checking guests into the front desk, luggage assistance and creating guest name badges. This is a full-time position. Full and weekend availability required.

Requirements

  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
  • Valid Texas Drivers License with good driving record preferred.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Likes to talk to people.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
  • Responsible for Maintenance Service ticket input and tracking.
  • Be knowledgeable of all services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
  • Ensure guest name badges are created and organized based on the group arrivals.
  • Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage.
  • Provides assistance with valet parking.
