About The Position

The PBX Operator / Receptionist answers the switchboard and overhead pages, greets visitors, and directs people to the appropriate departments. The operator monitors hospital alarms, understands the policies and procedures for hospital emergency codes, and communicates effectively with the populations served.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office or receptionist role.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous PBX experience.
• Customer service experience.
