Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work various shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Process guest requests for wake up calls.
- Provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries.
- Receive and distribute messages for hotel guests and personnel.
- Prep guest amenity list, key inventory, radio checks, and sort internal mail.
- Coordinate all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email.
- Operate parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons enter/exit the hotel property and parking structure.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
