Every Weekend PBX Operator, 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm. PBX Operators manages incoming and outgoing calls, directs inquiries to the correct departments or staff members, provides general assistance to callers, and handles emergency procedures. This role requires clear communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to operate multi-line telephone systems accurately in a fast-paced environment.
