Requirements

  • Previous guest service or reception experience – You know how to keep callers happy and calm.
  • High school diploma or equivalent – Strong communication starts here.
  • Reliable and flexible schedule – Ready to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Clear communicator with a friendly voice – Your tone sets the guest experience.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure – Emergencies happen, and you’re ready to respond smartly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls quickly and clearly, greeting guests with a positive tone and directing them to the right person or department.
  • Take and relay messages accurately, ensuring no details get lost in translation.
  • Handle wake-up call requests with care, confirming times to help guests start their day right.
  • Dispatch security, guest services, and maintenance teams efficiently using radios and paging systems to address guest needs and emergencies.
  • Respond to basic guest inquiries like time, extension numbers, and outlet hours—and stay calm when answering emergency lines.
