Requirements

• Must have acquired knowledge/skills to use correct grammar and spelling.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must be able to travel between campuses.

Nice To Haves

• Computer experience preferred.
• Previous switchboard experience and clerical experience desirable.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates telephone switchboard and receive incoming calls.
• Uses overhead paging, two-way radios, and other communications equipment to relay messages and transfer information.
• Acts as an information source for callers and drop-by visitors.
• Announces and relays information concerning fire alarms, disasters, code blue, and other emergencies.
