The PRB Reviewer will perform critical review of executed production batch records, ensure its completion and adherence to standards while manage segregation of all non-conforming intermediate and finished products. Requirements

  • 2-4 year degree or certification in applicable field
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and crouch as needed 8/10/12 hours during a shift.
  • Must be able to bend and lift various weights up to 25lbs if needed during shift.
  • SAP Knowledge
  • IMEL Knowledge (Immunoelectrophoresis for Therapy Monitoring)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
  • Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
  • Support QA and Production department to identify and segregate all non-conforming intermediate and finished products.
  • Investigate and resolve critical deviations, define disposal actions and when appropriate, corrective actions.
  • Support the manufacturing team in the establishment and revision of the batch documentation, providing guidance on data and record management.
  • Ensure manufacturing batch Record documentation is accurate, complete, reviewed in line with PMI guideline and QMS requirements.
  • Act as the SME of Production Team for electronic Batch Record software
  • Guarantee the adherence to batch release plan
  • Execute internal training and coaching to manufacturing employees, as subject matter expert in the establishment and revision of the batch records and NC process documentation, in order to enhance their overall level of quality awareness.
  • Take responsibility for the completion of own training plan and comply with the requirements established in the Qualification Matrix.
