The PBH Administrator will be responsible for continuously monitoring Power by the Hour (PBH) component forecasts and initiating advanced planning orders to meet forecasted requirements. This includes ensuring parts are on-site 30 days prior to the scheduled need date for all assigned PBH covered aircraft models. The role involves actively working the Ramco plan page for PBH Material Request requirements, understanding and executing PBH agreements and customer support agreements, and determining the need to transfer company-owned assets to meet AOG requirements when vendors cannot provide timely PBH exchanges. The administrator will utilize Ramco to generate PBH Exchange Purchase Orders, compile reports for open orders, and update vendor correspondence, shipping details, and ETAs. Responsibilities also include processing and coordinating the return of PBH exchange cores within specified timeframes, ensuring cores routed to the Return to Vendor warehouse are processed and shipped within 48 hours, and requesting component hard cards for returned cores. The role requires providing regular status reports on PBH cores and addressing past due issues to management, as well as performing other duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
