Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Experience with ADP Enterprise is a plus
- CPP certification preferred
- Strong team leadership and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Payroll Specialists in payroll preparation, distribution, and reporting
- Oversee wage, overtime, and deduction calculations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll payments and reporting
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures
- Update and manage the Payroll Procedures Manual
- Perform additional duties as assigned
