Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Experience with ADP Enterprise is a plus
  • CPP certification preferred
  • Strong team leadership and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Payroll Specialists in payroll preparation, distribution, and reporting
  • Oversee wage, overtime, and deduction calculations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll payments and reporting
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures
  • Update and manage the Payroll Procedures Manual
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
