About The Position

Our team is growing! We are currently looking for a full-time Payroll Tax Specialist! If you are a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented person who enjoys working independently with numbers and data, this position may be a great fit for you! Previous experience with payroll taxes is a plus, but not required; we'll teach you everything you need to know! Who is My Office Pro? We are a small, yet rapidly growing, payroll company that provides payroll and human capital management services to a diverse range of businesses across the United States. Our mission is to deliver quality back-office and HR support to our clients so they can focus on taking care of their employees and running their businesses. We understand our success depends on our team, which is why we offer competitive pay, profit-sharing bonuses, and a healthy work/life balance in our casual, collaborative office. We firmly believe that laughter in the workplace is both important and healthy, so we take the time to have fun together even while we work hard. Our training process consists of learning through training videos, shadowing peers, the use of demo accounts, and working with assistance. Our Compliance Manager and Supervisor will work closely with you and provide week-to-week feedback on expectations and progress. This position requires an openness to change and learning, as we are always looking to improve our processes, and payroll tax law is constantly evolving. The ideal candidate will be willing to use the resources available to them to troubleshoot issues independently, while also recognizing when they need to ask for additional help. Our entire management team has an open-door policy for questions, suggestions, and support whenever it is needed. If this job sounds like the job for you, we encourage you to apply today! Please submit your updated resume and a cover letter sharing a little information about yourself with us. Keep an eye on your email inbox in the coming days, as qualified applicants will need to complete an online assessment after submitting their application. This assessment will require some time and a quiet place to concentrate, but it helps us determine which candidates have the necessary skillsets for this role. We are looking to fill this position immediately, so we review applications nearly every day. If your background and assessment scores fit what we are looking for, we will reach out to you via email to schedule an in-person interview with our hiring team in London. We encourage your questions during the entire process so you can get to know us, too. We hope to meet with you soon!
