The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for coordinating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax activities and maintaining corresponding general ledger accounts. This individual will also be responsible for research and resolution of agency notices. Supporting timely and accurate balancing and preparation of payment requests for all payroll related employee and employer taxes. While the initial focus of this position is Canada Payroll Tax, the role will grow to include US Payroll Tax. Our services include non-core, yet essential, functions of our businesses including accounts payable, accounts receivable, change control, human capital management, payroll, project initiation, compliance and continuous improvement. The Payroll Tax Analyst position is part of the Kiewit Business Services Payroll Reporting department within the Payroll group.
