Payroll System Coordinator

This role is critical in ensuring employee lifecycle transactions are processed accurately, compliance requirements are maintained, and data integrity remains at the center of every action. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of payroll, HRIS, or employee data management experience
- Experience with ADP systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and audit requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, terminations, and payroll updates
- Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and related systems
- Audit and validate employee data to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries
- Assist with location updates, deduction changes, transfers, and payroll invoicing activities
