Due to our globally expanding service offerings we are seeking top-talent to join our teams and grow with us. This is a temporary, non-supervisory position, working 3 days per week, in the Piscataway, NJ office. Provides transactional payroll support to the Global Payroll department during a period of elevated workload. Performs assigned processing tasks under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Payroll, in support of biweekly domestic payroll and related funding activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years payroll processing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and eTime required
• High accuracy and strict confidentiality with payroll and employee data.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate payroll batches in ADP Workforce Now.
• Process payroll-related invoice payments.
• Prepare wire and funding requests for review and approval.
• Update timecards in eTime on behalf of managers and employees.
• Support gift card processing during the program wind-down.
• Perform ad hoc payroll tasks as assigned.
