Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their team. Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Seven (7) years of payroll experience are required.
• Must be proficient in Workday, Workday Report Writing, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must have strong ability to direct and motivate staff.
• Must have communication and analytical skills.
• Must enjoy interacting and working with people.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the preparation and distribution of the payroll and payroll specialists.
• Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll for all locations and employees.
• Supervises work of payroll specialists and provides coverage during absences.
• Oversees payroll-related 401(k) activities, ensuring accurate deductions, remittances, and reporting.
• Provides back-up coverage in the absence of the department manager.
• Oversees special projects as directed by the department manager.
• Assumes responsibility for the compilation and preparation of payroll-related data, wires, pay cards, and transmittals including wage payments, taxes, garnishments, 401(k), HSA, etc.
• Administers Workday time tracking and absence management and DCS/ZK technology, including maintenance of time entry codes, accruals, integrations, time clocks, and manager assistance and training.
