Our team is growing! We are currently looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist! If you are a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented person, this position may be a great fit for you! No previous payroll experience is required - we'll teach you all you need to know! Who is My Office Pro? We are a small, yet rapidly growing, payroll company that provides payroll and human capital management services to a diverse range of businesses across the United States. Responsibilities

  • Prioritize time-sensitive tasks
  • Enter and verify various data
  • Review payroll reports to catch errors and mistakes
  • Process payroll for a wide variety of businesses by their deadlines
  • Work with the CSR team to gather information and correct errors
