The Payroll Specialist will maintain a base of payroll clients, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. This role involves interacting with clients to obtain payroll data, accurately entering this data for processing, and meeting deadlines. The specialist will also respond quickly to inquiries, learn and maintain knowledge of Payroll Software and other products, and assist clients with reports, problems, or other issues. Additionally, the role includes reaching out to clients regarding new products and services and developing relationships with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
