Generates and submits the required weekly certified payroll reports to various project owners and government agencies. Reviews subcontractor payroll reports for compliance and coordinates the receipt thereof.

Requirements

• Proficient in learning and using payroll related software.
• Good analytical skills for troubleshooting payroll related issues
• Ability to work in a team-oriented office setting
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
• No degree required but some payroll related experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with programs such as: Viewpoint, Workday, AASHTOWare, and LCP Tracker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Import/Key Timecard Records
• Process Weekly Payroll within Viewpoint Software
• Attach Payroll Related Documents to Employee and Job Records
• Assist Employees with Payroll Related Questions
• Generate and Distribute Weekly Certified Payroll Reports
• Process Employment Verifications
• Maintain Prevailing Wage Rates
• Monitor Subcontract Prevailing Wage Requirements
• Communicate With Project Teams Regarding Reporting Requirements
