About The Position

Phil Long Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to enhance our Centralized Payroll Team. In this vital role, you will compile and maintain payroll records while performing various administrative tasks related payroll administration. Your essential duties will include preparing and processing payroll, verifying and inputting data into our payroll system, and updating employee records efficiently. You'll conduct basic reconciliations and audits during each pay cycle and address pay-related inquiries from our dedicated staff. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related experience or 2 years coupled with specialized training or certification
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong language skills (comprehend simple instructions, correspond effectively, present information articulately)
• Mathematical acumen for calculations involving commissions and percentages
• Solid problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to navigate complex payroll processes
