At ReliaQuest, the Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our teammates across the globe are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local requirements. This role supports payroll operations for 1,000+ teammates across the U.S., Ireland, the U.K., Canada, and India, helping deliver a seamless payroll experience that directly supports teammate trust and business continuity. Beyond payroll processing, this role contributes to the integrity of our people and financial data through audits, reconciliations, reporting, and cross-functional partnership. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to help maintain efficient, compliant, and scalable payroll operations as ReliaQuest continues to scale.
