About The Position
McGregor Baptist Church is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual to manage payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ministry and a desire to work in a Christian environment. This part-time position requires 28 hours of work per week.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Above-average knowledge in Excel
- Ability to adapt to new software quickly
- Must complete and submit the on-line application

- Knowledge of FMLA
- Knowledge of Worker's Compensation
- Payroll and Benefits Experience
Responsibilities
- Processing bi-weekly payroll through the PayCom System
- Administering insurance orientation and enrollment to full-time associates
- Processing monthly payments for insurance/retirement plan
- Making journal entries
