Requirements

At least 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-location or automotive dealership environment.
Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS platforms and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when working with numbers.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements to payroll processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
Must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license with a decent driving record.

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees across our locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, including tax forms, direct deposit information, and benefit deductions.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly, maintaining trust and transparency.
Work closely with HR and accounting teams to coordinate payroll changes, new hires, and terminations.
Leverage our ADP platform to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
