Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about making sure people get paid accurately and on time? We’re looking for a driven and reliable Payroll Specialist to become an essential part of our team! In this role, you’ll take the lead on processing bi-weekly payroll, managing benefits reporting, and supporting employees with great customer service. From reviewing timesheets, issuing direct deposits, to handling W-2s, and processing checks; the Payroll Specialist will play a key part in keeping our payroll operations running smoothly and in full compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with HR and accounting to support key processes and audits while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy every step of the way.
