Additionally, this role involves assisting with other human resource duties, supporting the HR function in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations for long-term care and assisted living facilities. The incumbent is entrusted with ensuring that quality personnel are interviewed, trained, and employed.
