About The Position

A small-town hospital in Northern Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent Payroll Specialist. This direct-hire role may be hybrid or fully remote, but the employee must be a permanent resident of Minnesota. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

The Payroll Specialist will oversee the hospital’s timekeeping and payroll systems for accuracy and assist with payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance, and the creation of payroll reports, audits, and filings. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience.
• Must be a permanent resident of Minnesota.

Nice To Haves

• Payroll experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• A strong HR background or payroll certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
