About The Position
HireLevel is hiring for a Payroll Specialist to add to our Human Capital Management team. We process a high volume of payroll weekly for our clients while also offering a software that assists in human resource solutions for small and mid-sized companies. No previous experience processing payroll? Don't worry, we offer extensive, hands-on training. If you enjoy working with numbers, consider yourself extremely organized and are eager to learn something new, this position is for you. About HireLevel. Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of payroll weekly for clients.
- Handle data entry.
- Manage garnishment collections.
- Assist with preparing and running reports within the system for clients.
- Onboard and implement new clients.
- Identify needs within client businesses and upsell products and services.
- Engage with clients daily via email, phone calls, and visits.
- Build working relationships with clients.
