About The Position

Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with a high degree of accuracy, including entering, reviewing, and validating employee hours. Process employee changes and maintain, audit, and update employee records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. Complete I-9 (E-Verify) tasks and support compliance-related processes across HR, Payroll, and Operations teams. Handle sensitive employee data with precision and discretion while maintaining accurate documentation and recordkeeping. Coach, train, and support supervisors on timekeeping, payroll, and employee change processes to ensure compliance and consistency. Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a payroll-focused HR or administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes, with a primary focus on payroll compliance (approximately 70%) and HR-related responsibilities (approximately 30%).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee data with professionalism, accuracy, and strict confidentiality.
  • Experience partnering with or coaching supervisors to drive compliance and resolve process-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills with a professional demeanor.
