Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with a high degree of accuracy, including entering, reviewing, and validating employee hours. Process employee changes and maintain, audit, and update employee records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. Complete I-9 (E-Verify) tasks and support compliance-related processes across HR, Payroll, and Operations teams. Handle sensitive employee data with precision and discretion while maintaining accurate documentation and recordkeeping. Coach, train, and support supervisors on timekeeping, payroll, and employee change processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
