Requirements

• Previous payroll experience strongly preferred
• You are experienced with Microsoft Office, specifically working with Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Self-starter and able to follow through on assignments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Post and check technicians labor listed on jobs to service trade from time sheets
• Processes technician time sheet and time off request each day.
• Verify time postings against the fleet tracker for accuracy of hours posted on time sheets
• Maintain technicians time spread sheet showing historical hours worked per week.
• Researches any and all inquiries into hours not paid correctly from the technicians.
• Report the hours each week timely to the controller for completion of payroll
• May cross train with other positions in accounting department.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
